Mario A. Ceballos, Esq.
Mario A. Ceballos was born in Temple, Texas. As the son of a military chaplain, he traveled with his family as he grew up, but finally settled in Orlando, FL.
Mario attended Forest Lake Academy in Apopka, Florida. Knowing all along that he would pursue a career in law, he excelled academically and was accepted into Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. While at Stetson, Mario majored in Political Science under the careful guidance of Dr. T. Wayne Bailey. While at Stetson, he served as the chapter secretary for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, and was a member of the Mock Trial team. He also double minored in business law and general business.
After graduating from Stetson University, Mario was accepted into University of Dayton School of Law and was awarded a substantial scholarship for his achievements. While attending Law School, he interned with Bieser, Greer, Landis, a prestigious law firm in Dayton, Ohio. The majority of his work there focused on Medical Malpractice Defense. Mario also completed a trial practice externship with the Public Defender's office in Montgomery County, Ohio. Mario also excelled academically and received a CALI award for receiving the highest score in a complex commercial real estate transactions course. Mario graduated from University of Dayton School of Law and accepted a position with the Public Defender of the 9th judicial circuit in Orange County. As an attorney with that office, he represented hundreds of adult and juvenile clients in various stages of the criminal justice system. He tried and won cases as lead counsel and resolved many cases with favorable results. Mario mainly concentrates on Ch. 7 and 13 bankruptcy, and foreclosure defense. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association.
